Deluxe project at the peaceful Turkish Riviera.

Situated on the border of the city Erdemil (about 40.000 inhabitants) straight across a long sandy beach on approximately 300 metres of the Marina.

This resort will be built on a parcel of 37.000 m² and contains 512 apartments and duplexes with surfaces of 275m², 180m² and 145m².

The apartments have 4, 3 or 2 bedrooms and each of them consists of 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully fitted kitchen and large terraces. All apartments have modern comfort according to the latest technologies.

The project has different symbols.

On the roof of the main building, there’ll be a large and luxurious terrace with cafeteria and a bar accessible via two panoramic elevators.

The recreation zone has a surface of circa 14.800 m² in a splendid subtropical park with swimming pools, aquapark, restaurant, tennis court, basketball and volleyball pitch, minigolf, children’s playground and terraces. Under this surface there’s an immense subterranean parking that gives out to the elevators with direct entry to all the apartments.

There’s a unique Aquapark in a tower accessible via stairs and an elevator. Op the top floor of the tower there’ll be a cafeteria, which offers a unique 360° view on the resort. This Aquapark has specially and exclusively been designed for Elissa Marina.

A floating green roof garden of 1.320 m² where one can enjoy the sun or read a book in the shadow by the swimming pool.

The sandy beach, on 300 metres from the Marina, is accessible via a footbridge across a street (commuter traffic).
